Saskatchewan Seniors Mechanism is experienced in managing complex projects, developing productive partnerships with groups and organizations throughout the province and in developing and implementing community based solutions to problems.
Goals
- To create awareness of programs and services available to seniors
- To assist member organizations and others to apply for grants and other funds
- To facilitate resource sharing among seniors' organizations
- To act as an advocate on behalf of member organizations on request
- To establish financial stability and independence
- To build bridges of understanding and respect among seniors' organizations and among generations
- To establish and maintain an effective administrative structure and effective processes.
